What's in it

Seven parts. Written to be printed and written on.

Why you shrink

Back to the first time being good got you something. She wasn't wrong to do it. She just doesn't need to run things anymore.

The triangle

One move you'll never be able to unsee. Nothing about you changes except how much space you allow yourself to take up.

One rep this week

Nothing in here counts until something goes in the diary. Your brain will say next year. That's how five of them go missing.

Jennifer Channer

I've spent fourteen years photographing women who hate being photographed

Thousands of them. Almost every single one arrived saying she hated being in front of the camera. They were never talking about the camera.

I know it from the inside. By twenty-seven I could walk past my husband naked and he wouldn't look up.

What I've watched since is the same thing over and over. A woman walks into something that terrifies her, someone is delighted by her while she does it, and her body gets a piece of evidence it has never had before.

That's all this guide is. Evidence-gathering.

Nothing in here asks you to feel ready first.
