A 6-week course β Jennifer Channer
Visibility is not confidence.
It is your capacity to hold
your sacred self under attention.
And when your visibility increases β everything increases.
Join Aligned Visibility β Β£555The real problem
You don't have a confidence problem.
You have a nervous system problem.
You have genuine memories of your magic causing people discomfort. Someone went quiet when you shone too brightly. A room shifted when you walked in fully yourself. A person you loved made you feel like being all of you was dangerous.
So your nervous system learned: being seen is a threat. Shrink. Dim. Wait until it feels safe. And it never quite does.
“Your nervous system doesn't believe that you are her. In fact, it believes that you being her is a danger to your current existence.”
And here's the part most visibility work gets wrong: you can't think your way out of that, and you can't regulate your way out of it alone either. A breathing technique in your bedroom doesn't teach your nervous system what safety feels like — because you're still alone with it.
Safety is learned by evidence, not effort. Your body has to actually be in a room where being big is encouraged, in real time, by other women doing the same terrifying thing next to you. That's not a technique you take home. That's a room you have to be in.
Right now
- “I’ll post when I feel ready”
- “I don’t know what to say”
- Shrinking after being seen
- Performing instead of being
- Consistency that collapses the moment things start going well
After this course
- “I can hold this”
- “I trust myself to be visible”
- Consistency without force
- Visible as yourself β not a performance of yourself
- Staying in the light when the light stays on you
The five pillars
This course is designed to upgrade your identity
using as much headfuckery as we can get.
01 β Audit
Acknowledge where you are
Where are you starting from? What does aligned visibility actually mean for you? Notice the stories you currently hold around being seen β and give them total acceptance.
02 β Release
Build safety in your body
Release the patterns that keep you hidden — not alone, but live, in a room where everyone around you is choosing to go big at the same time. Your nervous system doesn't learn safety from a technique. It learns it from evidence, together.
03 β Energy
Your Human Design blueprint
Use Human Design to find your energetic blueprint for visibility. What comes naturally to your type? How are you designed to be seen?
04 β Identity
Upgrade who you are
If new visible you has a chance of making it big, old you is going to have to go. Shift identity into someone who can hold visibility and express herself clearly and powerfully.
05 β Practice
Actually show up
Learn how to show up online and expand into being seen at a higher level. Practical visibility reps, cringe together, get trolled together, get excited together.
Jennifer's story
I went from loving controversy
to being terrified of losing everything.
Which of course I then did.
In my twenties I was invisible. Completely. I could walk past my then-husband naked and he wouldn't look up. I was so desperate to be seen by him that I had forgotten my own light. So I started taking one photo a day and sharing it. The photos were terrible. I didn't care. I was playing like a child — my only outcome was to feel something.
Within a year I had accidentally built a photography business. Within three months I was fully booked. Within a year I had to employ people or shrink. I was visible — properly, gloriously, accidentally visible — because I wasn't trying to be seen. I was just being myself.
And then I got scared. I had something to lose. I went from outspoken and controversial to quiet and subdued. I grew my Instagram to 28k followers and then contracted the moment things got real. And in 2023, my account was shut down overnight. 28k followers. Gone. My Facebook, gone. My income, halved. The documentation of ten years of my creative life — gone.
“I stopped worrying about my visibility when I deeply found my purpose. And now I don't have the biggest accounts. But I have somewhere to send people. And that changes everything.”
I rebuilt. I studied the Enneagram and realised I had a Point 1 block — and that everyone needs to do more work on visibility. So that's why we're here. To be cringe together. To get trolled together. To get excited together. Because shame is a social construct — and it always needs a social balm.
The truth about trolls
Trolls are not a sign
you're doing something wrong.
They are a sign you are powerful.
Trolls exist. But let's set the record straight immediately: trolls are wonderful. They are the biggest indicator that you are doing something right. They are a reminder that you are powerful, provocative — and as all cult brands and powerhouses should be, completely impossible to ignore.
“We are not here to be wet and liked by everyone. Miranda does not care if Andrea likes her. And who holds the cards?”
The question is never ‘can you be brave enough to be seen?’ You answered that by being here. The question is: when the light stays on you — can you stay present in it?
What women say
When you stop hiding,
things actually move.
“I used to hide after every post. Now I stay. I don’t even check the comments the same way anymore. Something just shifted.”
β Lounge Member
“I have posted every single day this week and I haven’t once felt the urge to delete it. That has never happened before in five years of trying to be visible online.”
β Visibility Student
“The tapping session on week two was the thing. I don’t know what happened but something in my chest released and I’ve been showing up differently ever since.”
β Visibility Student
Also inside β two guest sessions
Two women who did it.
Because seeing another woman do it β and stay β is its own kind of medicine.
Video session
Holly β The Body Positive Mum
Holly was an invisible mum who hated her tummy. She turned the thing she was most insecure about into her signature β and grew her following to 370,000. This is what happens when you stop hiding the thing and start leading with it.
Guest session
Laura β Knee Deep in Life
Laura was not a public speaker β and then she became one. Her session is about exactly that: allowing your body to feel safe under that much pressure. Because visibility isnβt just a screen thing β itβs being seen and heard live, and staying in your body while it happens.
